“This place is really a hidden gem. I wanted Turkey today and was pleasantly surprised to find Turkey wings. Big and Baked to perfection. I paired with it some spaghetti and pinto beans. I love a good bean and boy did you all get it right. Nothing too salty or over cooked. Tastes just as good as it did when I was introduced in over a decade. One plate big enough to feed two. No extra fluff just good ole soul food!“

“I had the pleasure of dining at Willie Mae's in Memphis Tn, On August 31 2022, I was thoroughly impressed with the food . The chittlins reminded me of my mommas in Rosedale Mississippi. The cornbread was firm yet moist, the Collard greens were on the money ,just enough sweetness and pepper to create an awesome flavorprofile. The Macaroni and cheese was baked to perfection, just cheesy goodness. I don't do shout outs, but if I did Willie Mae's gets my vote!“

“This food was too fye. I was bummed they were out ofntirkey necks, so I thought I was settling for turkey wings & dressing. My mama can cook her a** off so I wasn't looking to be impressed or anything, just dinner. Drinks 5/5 Server 5/5 Music 5/5 Food 5/5. My daughter ordered the wings, we had to run it back and order more. 5/5. One of my sides were sweet potatoes 5/5. I didn't care for the macaroni much. The service was a bit slow, but there was sonkuch live in the food that I could see why, PLUS like I said the vibes were on point. It gave my party and I a chance to get acquainted and have a great time there honestly. I can't wait to visit Memphis again. I had my daughter this round, next time I'm coming round five to see what the kickback when they throw the kids out is really about!“

“First time there, got the fried catfish with cole slaw and fries. The fish was good, not to salty and seasoned well. The cole slaw
was good and they gave you a nice amount. The fries were nothing special, but they didn't affect the overall quality of the meal. I plan on returning and maybe try different sides. The lady at the counter was pleasant and efficiently took the orders and kept things moving. I think this is a well run restaurant with good food, good service, and fair prices, what more could you ask for.“
