This location has really went downhill recently. Once you get it, the food is good, but you always have to wait and order accuracy is usually not very good. Always have to ask for straws or utensils as they NEVER put either in the bags. They also seem to leave out biscuits quite often. We usually use the drive thru and now we always check before we drive off to make sure the order is correct and that we have everything. Stopped in this morning Sept. 20 2023 ordered Bo Berry biscuits. They're usually really good, but today they were hard as a brick. I took them back and they gladly gave me fresh ones which were
