I can't believe all the bad reviews, come on down to any krystals in or around Birmingham Alabama. Then you'll worship this one. My husband an I ate here when he was working in Goodlettsville and the krystals were off the chain good like they used to be when I was a kid. At any other krystal around were we are from the bun is soggy i think they dip them in water and the meat has nasty gunk on it and the onions are awful. Each Krystal restaurant is different regarding quality & service BUT the Goodlettsville store is my go to when I get the craving. Fries and Burgers were hot and although there was a minor glitch with my order, Arthur flagged me down and made it right. Above and beyond service was greatly appreciated. Outstanding.

Krystal is a nostalgic gem, offering classic cheeseburgers and chili cheese pups that transport diners back to the 60s. The fries are top-notch, and the recent change in management has improved the overall dining experience. This location is open 24 hours and is a solid location serving the great stuff. The service can be slightly slow as each customer gets their stuff made to order, but that is a small price to pay for getting it fresh and good. They have excellent onion rings that are highly recommended. The staff is extremely professional and makes sure the food is hot. Their work ethic is appreciated.
