A big thanks to Franklin C. at the Harriman location for recommending the banana split swirl iced coffee. It is amazing and definitely a new favorite. Excellent customer service every time!! Thanks a bunch for being awesome!!!
10-9-18 7:15ish, 25 min. ago I left your drive thru with a large black coffee...obviously the lid was not on your flimsy styrofoam cup very well and half of my hot black coffee ended up in my lap...I advise you to get different cups and lids and make sure your employees put the lids on properly...before you come across someone that doesn’t have as good a heart as mine. I’ve never bought coffee there and I never will again. Thank you for ruining my Tuesday morning.

Dunkin' is a frequent stop for many, with some visitors coming in multiple times a week. The staff is fantastic with a friendly and outgoing nature, creating a very helpful environment. However, the quality and taste of the drinks, including the mocha iced coffee and frozen coffee, have declined drastically and can taste yucky. The iced lattes are inconsistent and taste different every time. While some customers appreciate the clean facilities, service needs work and can be slow, with customers having to wait for their food. The restaurant offers a pleasant atmosphere to enjoy hot beverages, including coffee and tea, with a lovely patio view of the sunrise.
