“Food is great but ordering through Door Dash was HORRIBLE!!!!! ordered 2 sets of 3 tacos each and they sent 2 tacos total. Mistakes happen and I get that. But when you try to call the restaurant, the phone does not work and says the mailbox is full. THATS RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!! Answer your dang phone if you’re going to be in business to help your customers!!!!!

UPDATE - after another 20 minutes of calling it finally rang and someone answered. They were slammed and I guess their phone system is bad. The staff was very apologetic and I went and picked up the rest of the food. It was ready when I got there and I really appreciate them making it right.“

“Ordered tamales and didn't realize they would be twice the size of "normal". So I ended up with leftovers for lunch the next day. I got the pork mole ones. Packed with pork. Masa soft and yet firm at the same time. Not dry at all. Perfect. Literally only thing I'd change would be to ask for extra red sauce. I like the filling a bit more wet than these were. But not an actual complaint, just my personal preference. I will definitely be coming back for more & to try other menu items.“

“My son was screaming while I was ordering, the young girl taking my order ran to go grab him the milk I ordered and waited for me to pour it in his sippy and took the cup back to throw away. She obviously did not have to do any of that and I am so grateful she did because the line was long and it allowed me to wait in line without a screaming baby. Every time I’ve gone to the Wichita Falls location I’ve always had above and beyond customer service.“

“We had an out of the blue date night last night. My mom came over and we asked to go to dinner with no idea where to go. We decided to give Lakshore Grille a try and WOWWWWW. We were so happy with our decision to come there. We will be back over and over again. The food was some of the best we have had and the entire service staff was so friendly. The cocktails were also yum. You definitely get your monies worth. It seems like a great place to work and a wonderful atmosphere. We can't wait to go back. Great job!“

They absolutely are 10 out 10 in flavor, customer service, cleanliness and personality!! We drive from Chickamauga to get our Bruster’s fix and buy pints to take home.“

“Dining at 3:30pm on a Monday was excellent as we Split an appetizer of Philly Cheesesteak Egg Rolls which were hot and plentiful and also split the Steak Penne entree which came out also Temperature hot and delicious. Our server Noah attended to our booth of two with precision. A special thanks to Josh (Mgr) for stopping at our booth to insure our satisfaction. The kitchen staff never disappoints us ever with their preparations of meals.“

“The 2 times I have visited Portofino's has been excellent. The atmosphere was amazing and everyone was nice and friendly. They are very attentive and knowledgeable about the food. My waitress Sydney B was very respectful and attentive to our needs. She was very polite and patient. The food A1, the service is A1 and the atmosphere is A1. “I had the byob Benny which is create your own eggs Benedict this was the best eggs Benedict I have ever had and I am a snob when it comes to that as it is my favorite breakfast 😋 I also had there homemade peach jam 😋 my boyfriend had the country breakfast all so amazing and fresh. Our waitress was amazing 👏 I think she might have been a owner as she stated that she made the peach jam!! Anywhere she was fabulous!! I give this place a 10 out of 10 will definitely be back and did i mention they have morning cocktails like bloody Mary's and mimosas!!“

“I moved here 2 years ago and this was the first place I stop for dinner and since the first day they treated me like a local. The bartender asked me : You are not from here don’t you? And I said, No, I just moved with my family, and from there she started suggesting what to get from the menu, put me up to date with the area, and not only she introduced me to some of their regular customers she even recommended other restaurants, schools and even a good church. The staff has always been nice, but yes sometimes they are a little busy, what is understandable. Coming from FL I had to wait at least 45 min minimum just to get a table. In some occasions the owner has stopped by my table to say hi and to ask about how the service was going and once he even give me and my cousin to try for free the loaded nachos before they put them in the menu. In my opinion, not only the food has been great, (and I have tried most of the menu), but the staff has been extremely helpful and nice taking in consideration that I was new in the area. So for me this has been a great place so far, service is great, food is good and they try to at least make a personal connection with you which most of the places don’t even care. NYPD is a great place and Im happy we have it here in town.“

“I’ve only been into this establishment twice and although I was irritated because I was unable to place a call in order so that I could walk in and grab my order, pay and then walk out, I understood that the server was by herself both times.

She completely made up for it all because she was a very kind and professional lady and I was not only impressed with her work ethic but also equally impressed at the fact that although she was overwhelmed she pushed through it all and was a server and a cook that made things happen for the customers.

This woman deserves not only a raise but also some sort of recognition from the company because it isn’t her fault that nobody wants to come to work.

Keep up the good work whatever your name is. I will be back just to see her in action again because she completely knocked it out of the ball park both times that I’ve been into this establishment.“

“One of my favorites breweries in Chattanooga! Very laid back feel with covered patio that is dog and kid friendly! Very extensive food menu which can be hard to find at a brewery. I love all their beers and the fried pickles are crunchiest best fried pickle I have ever had!“
