Food: really good for being a fast delivery. I couldn't tell if it was terrible quality (canned, frozen) but i enjoyed what I got so.. My wife didn't care for hers but that falls mostly on the service because she didnt get what she ordered. Segway to.. SERVICE: I dont want to fault our waitress too much because I am a human being. The table next to us was a young man our waitress was... really smitten with and they talked a lot. She did apologize for that but again.. who can blame her haha. She was attentive to our needs and took care of our questions and extra requests beyond our order. Atmosphere: really the only thing going for this place is the view. Feels rinkydink but was functional.“

EDIT: November 23rd, 2025 - it's my birthday, and yet again Adam and the Rodizio staff have knocked it out of the park. My husband loves the Hearts of Palm, and though it wasn't out on the bar, Adam went out of his way to get some for us. Kevin (one of the Gauchos) made sure the type of meat we were hoping for was brought around quickly. Awesome experience here every time!“

“Since its opening, The Local Goat has been the go-to overnight stop on our I-75 North/South trek. Initially this was because the restaurant was next to our hotel, but now we stop because of the great food. Today, I want to give a loud SHOUT OUT to our waitress, Skylar. “We had an out of the blue date night last night. My mom came over and we asked to go to dinner with no idea where to go. We decided to give Lakshore Grille a try and WOWWWWW. We were so happy with our decision to come there. We will be back over and over again. The food was some of the best we have had and the entire service staff was so friendly. “I’m a very picky eater and when a friend suggested my husband and I eat at Haven’s with him we agreed. My husband had meatloaf, okra, cabbage with a corn muffin and I had the fried chicken wings, mashed potatoes, black eyed peas with a corn muffin. Every single thing we ate was the best we have ever tasted!! I couldn’t believe it. Our friend ordered the pork chops and could only eat one so my husband got to eat the other one. Seriously, it was hard to leave there with out ordering two or three meals to go. Since we live in Cleveland Haven's will see us at LEAST once a week. “I moved here 2 years ago and this was the first place I stop for dinner and since the first day they treated me like a local. The bartender asked me : You are not from here don’t you? And I said, No, I just moved with my family, and from there she started suggesting what to get from the menu, put me up to date with the area, and not only she introduced me to some of their regular customers she even recommended other restaurants, schools and even a good church. The staff has always been nice, but yes sometimes they are a little busy, what is understandable. Coming from FL I had to wait at least 45 min minimum just to get a table. In some occasions the owner has stopped by my table to say hi and to ask about how the service was going and once he even give me and my cousin to try for free the loaded nachos before they put them in the menu. In my opinion, not only the food has been great, (and I have tried most of the menu), but the staff has been extremely helpful and nice taking in consideration that I was new in the area. So for me this has been a great place so far, service is great, food is good and they try to at least make a personal connection with you which most of the places don’t even care. NYPD is a great place and Im happy we have it here in town.“

“Firebirds 🔥 is our favorite spot. Great place to go for special occasions, they are always generous with a special dessert. Food is deliciously amazing, service is top shelf, ambiance is really great and we love Don, the manager! He's always busy keeping everything running perfectly and has a smile remembering us. Happy hour is worth your trip from far away, the Bar Bite menu is the best!! I love the Parmesan Fries, the Beef Sliders and the Chicken Nachos are truly a must!! Of course the wine 🍷 is always good. “The only thing better than the food was the amazing service from Reggie 😊 She was so kind and patient with my 8 year old who loves to chit chat- A LOT! We ordered an onion pizza, pepperoni pizza, lasagna, kids spaghetti meal and for an appetizer we got thr cheesy meatballs! They were amazing, super cheese pull and i cant wait to go back and get more! The pizzas were delicious and my son tried hard to put a dent in his spaghetti but it was a large portion for a kids meal. The only thing I wouldn't order again is the lasagna,. It wasn't bad but everything else was so much better.

“Pretty busy when I got there about noon, I was waited on immediately and walked out with my food in under 2 minutes! I called ahead and they said less than ten minutes, they had it ready when I arrived!

I ordered the medium teriyaki chicken bowl, and the second time a large beef amd chicken bowl and they were SO delicious. The sauce was amazing and the price was awesome. I was barely able to eat half so I took it home and my daughter devoured the other half 😆 she can't wait til I go back! Im going to try other menu items now that I know they deliver great food and service. Tons of chicken/ beef on there as well!“

“Portions were generous. My husband finished his. I brought half of mine home. We went at about 5:45 pm. It wasn't very busy. My husband and I both got the manager special chicken hibachi which was $11.95 before tax each. It was $0.75 to add a ginger dressing salad or miso soup with a meal. I got the salad. The dressing was good, but different than what I had tried at other hibachi restaurants. Total including tax was $26.93 before tip. You order at the counter and they bring the food to your table. Everything was good, but I will probably try the teriyaki chicken or maybe teriyaki shrimp next time. We both got water to drink, but Cokes are only $1.99 with free refills. You fill your own drinks. They also have pitchers of sauces and bottles of Sriracha sauce near the drink machine and sauce cups to pour them in. They have soy sauce bottles and salt and pepper shakers you can pick up to take to your table. You can get all the sauce you want when dining in, but they charge for extra cups of sauces when you pick up food to go (some sauces are included, but if you want more, it was $0.50 per cup of white sauce). Overall I think it is worth trying again.“

“We’ve eaten at Drakes, Chattanooga, since it’s opening and never been disappointed until today when a customer brought a dog inside to the inside “patio” seated at the table next to us. The dog was hyper and the man kept scratching it. Next a female joined him and began scratching the dog. The waiter reached down and also scratched the dog. Next time the waiter came by, the dog jumped up on her and again she scratched the dog. We asked to move inside to an empty booth. After we moved the man brought in another dog. Why were dogs allowed in the restaurant? They were NOT service dogs.“

I'm crazy about their Steak In A Sack, Gyro, Hummas Rider, Grilled Chicken Salad, Greek Salad, Gyro Salad, the deserts, the onion rings and French fries too.
