“We had an amazing experience at Big Bad Breakfast in Chattanooga this morning! The food was absolutely incredible—fresh, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Everything we ordered exceeded expectations. What truly made our visit exceptional, though, was Julie. Her customer service was outstanding from start to finish. She was friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. Julie went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and her positive attitude made our morning even better. If you’re eating at Big Bad Breakfast, do yourself a favor and ask for Julie. Her service was absolutely amazing and made a great breakfast experience unforgettable. We’ll definitely be back!“

“My husband and I were gifted some gifts cards and came tonight. The atmosphere is different for us but it was pleasant. The food was FANTASTIC and our server Jess was phenomenal! We asked so many questions and she knew all the answers. I had the spaghetti à la Americana and it was so flavorful and Smokey and absolutely delicious. My husband had the 2 layer lasagna and we were amazed at not only the size of it but the taste. We also shared the flourless chocolate cake with gelato and it was magnificent! Overall if we could star this 100x we would.“

EDIT: November 23rd, 2025 - it's my birthday, and yet again Adam and the Rodizio staff have knocked it out of the park. My husband loves the Hearts of Palm, and though it wasn't out on the bar, Adam went out of his way to get some for us. Kevin (one of the Gauchos) made sure the type of meat we were hoping for was brought around quickly. Awesome experience here every time!“

“While the atmosphere is charming, the front end staff ok-to-good, and the food looked good, my experience was somewhat less than this. I will give them the benefit of the doubt this time and try them again someday. I’m bothering to leave a review because I know it is important for restaurants, especially, and not doing so helps no one… We, perhaps, challenged them today by having a party of twelve, however, a well organized team would have risen to that occasion. Our food was late, forty minutes late, arrived piecemeal, and mostly cold. Most just accepted this, I did not. Though my entree looked ‘ok’ it was cold. Greasy, cold, over cooked potatoes are not something you serve, ditto a breakfast burrito. Teamwork among the staff seemed lacking. Our server seemed to lose us in the fray. Today was a cool day, breezy, yet in spite of that the place was wide open with garage doors up and we had to ask several times to close a nearby door that was repeatedly propped open by staff. I spoke to a manager regarding my entree but it apparently did no good, as I never did get the fresh hot entree she promised and bummed a slice of pizza from someone in our party. I’ll be honest; the pizza was good! You eat even cold pizza when you’re hungry… As I said, I will try these folks again in hopes of a better experience.“

“The best beer selection of any brewery I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to around 100. They have a style and flavor for anyone that likes beer and as an added bonus, their pizza is just as good. Would recommend no matter which location you’re closest to!“

“The food was exceptional but the experience was top notch bc of our server Ray. She was very friendly, very knowledgeable of the food, went above and beyond for us and her fellow servers to help when things got busy. Best service we’ve had in a long time. Overall, one of my favorite spots we have eaten at in Chattanooga. Highly recommend and ask for Ray!“

“This is the best vegan restaurant where we have ever eaten! There is a great selection of food on the menu, and there is also a happy hour hot dog special. There are 6 different options and the price is $5 for one or $8 for two. We passed that up and got the deluxe club sandwich and the little steppenwolf. It was a massive amount of food for a very reasonable price. The waitress was friendly and attentive. We are from out of town, and if we had eaten here first, we likely would not have eaten anywhere else. It is an excellent place to eat!“

“Hands down the most fantastic meal I have had ALL YEAR; how did I not know about this gem before?! “The Playlist was really fun to check out…I went expecting “performing servers” or dinner theater, but its lip synching…which is still super fun. The lights and set up are fun, the servers are spunky, the food tasty, but overall a bit expensive for a fancy karaoke bar.“

“We used to go to the one in Ooltewah, it was our go to place when we was out of ideas, or we wanted cheap food quality Mexican food. This was our first time at the one in East Ridge and it didn't disappoint! The food was the same super quality as we know it from Ooltewah and the service was the same great service. We will be back again and again.! You guys Rock!!!!“
