My latest dining experience was at a Hardee's restaurant. My husband and I were there early for breakfast and in a bit of a hurry too. We rushed ourselves to get there, eat, and go and leave there to be at work on time. The restaurant was really busy that early in the morning too. Both the drive-thru and the dine-in serving lines were moving steadily and smoothly, eventhough, it was kind of really busy. The traffic in the drive-thru wrapped all around the whole restaurant from one side to the other. I went inside to order our breakfast to maybe get in and out faster. I visited the restroom, got our breakfast order, paid for it, and then I was back out to the car to leave. I was in Hardee's a total of 8 mins., total. The employees at that particular Hardee's were very nice, courteous, clean, presented themselves very professionally well, and they were such a delight to deal with, while I was there. They all seemed to be smiling and in a great mood for working an early morning shift too. I remember thinking to myself at that time, I don't know if I could smile and be in a good mood like that or be that chipper and respectful to numerous customers ordering from me that early in the morning or not! Our order that morning was served hot and I was ready to eat it too. The great smells coming from that kitchen was overwhelming and wonderful. My order smelled delicious and it looked very presentable, not just thrown together very quickly, like other restaurants will do to your food sometimes. I rated this early morning restaurant experience at an overall 100%. Graded A++. I could tell that the restaurant itself and both of the restrooms had just been cleaned and smelled great, like a fresh lemon scent was flowing through the air from them both. Two thumbs up for these Hardees employees again, they did a wonderful job cleaning the whole restaurant. I would recommend this specific Hardees restaurant to everyone that wants a great fast food meal served quickly and not have to break the bank to get great service and delicious tasting fast food served to you, fairly priced, and very fast. You can even come inside and take a seat and relax your feet a bit by taking advantage of the dine-in option. Enjoy the day, whether you choose to dine-in or drive-thru, this specific Hardee's which is located inside Tennessee's beautiful scenic town of Harrogate. The variety of people that live and work there in the town of Harrogate are the friendliest, most down-to-Earth, and hard-working people that you'll ever meet. They are the best people to share a great dining experience with. You can bring your whole family any day or night of the week to Hardee's and enjoy a great meal all together there. Vegetarian options: There may be more vegetarian options, but I was only aware of the Impossible Whopper, which was really well made and tasty. Usually, BK will slop ‘em up, but not at this location!“

“I'll keep it short and sweet the food is great my only problem is the same problem another customer that reviewed had we paid with card and the carhop got snooty and I always tip strictly cash and when the carhop gave my wife the receipt she informed my wife very smartly that she only makes 3 dollars a hour and she would appreciate a tip.....I did give her 10 dollars even after the remark but I suggest management addresses this before she starts costing them business for her rudeness-josh“

Always gets my meal done the way I want it awesome breakfast crowd. One of my favorite places. The absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area, I've never had an issue. Never had a problem. Any problem that I ever have had was immediately fixed by the manager?“

“Was traveling through Ky and noticed a huge crowd in the drive-thru, so I went inside. They wait was long as it was lunch time and several work crews trying to get a quick bite. They little burgers were good, fresh and hot. The worker folks were very friendly and busting their tails!?“

“I get up to the register and the lady couldn't help me at all with the mobile app so I had to pay full price... I wasn't to mad about that as I hadn't used the mobile app enough to be familiar with it. But anyway food was ok its mcdonalds to say the least ?“

“Traditional Hardee's location. This Middlesboro, Kentucky location doesn't appear to have been remodeled nor updated recently. This location is still the "old-school " look and feel. There is some cool "retro" Hardee's pictures and art work in the dining room. The dining room and facilities are clean and well maintained. I am a frequent guest at a nearby hotel and this Hardee's location is extremely convenient. I have visited this location on several occasions and my experience is generally consistent. My recent visit was to order the chicken tenders platter, which is my favorite Hardee's meal. I would highly recommend the Honey mustard dipping sauce if you choose the chicken tenders. Generally, I can order and take my food to go very quickly. Plenty of parking. Location does have drive thru service. Hardee's is conveniently located on the main highway (25E), near 84 Lumber and across the highway from Walmart.“

“Food inconsistent. Service pretty good. 6 employees in the drive thru . I order the same thing everything. I'll have either no napkins or 6. Almost always uses to large of a bag. Just consistant bagging can drop your paper cost easily.“
