Whoever was working on November 18th needs a raise big time it was out in matter of seconds and super friendly not only that it was all fresh and everything was provided strae napkins sauce and food was very impressed. They need a raise immediately“

“I come here about once a week for the crispy chicken salad. I don’t like salads usually but this is the best salad, and I don’t eat it because it’s healthy (it’s not). I eat it because it’s amazing. I always get ranch, stay with me now. Since I started ordering it a few months ago, it always came with two FULL like to the brim ramekins of ranch. It was the perfect amount of ranch for the salad. Now, it comes with three ramekins, that is only half filled at best. That equates to one and a half ramekins of ranch, instead of two full ones. I’m sad because now my salad is not adequately sauced. I don’t know what happened, but it’s ruining my crispy chicken salad experience. I could get an extra, but usually I am charged for the other half filled ramekin of ranch, so I’m paying more for the exact same thing I used to get. So, it’s shrinkflation. That’s my only complaint. The staff is nice though!“

“Myself and my family have enjoyed great southern food in this particular restaurant both old and new. Never had just outright bad service. Even if a little something has ever been wrong on an order, when I brought them back, the staff has always fixed me right up.
One of the best employees I've been served by at this location is Ms. Stephanie. Whether it is slammed or slow, she has always gone above and beyond for folks. Me and mine are very thankful to those who work and run this place. Best Southern fast food chain in business says me. Thank y'all.“

“I recently ordered the 6 dollar Mcdouble deal, when I got home I noticed the McDouble was missing so I called and went up there to get my McDouble. Tay was absolutely wonderful and I appreciate her so much for being fast and efficient in fixing my order! I will return for sure.“

“Hey, thank you for your store. The manager is very nice and even learned that I like tuna and pepperjack. I really enjoy getting a sandwich after working all day because by then I’m starving and it’s also very healthy. Thank you!

I do have a concern though, which is the only reason 4 stars and not 5, there is an employee that has been walking from the station when I enter and has loudly been complaining about me, making rude comments, all the while I keep looking directly at my sandwich so as to not agitate someone that is obviously unstable.

I was hoping you could review CCTV footage from yesterday, she walked from her station before I got to the glass when she saw me walk in. I don’t know this woman, but she made a loud and public scene - once again, and went to sit down. She even had someone meet her so that she could throw on a show. It’s absolutely crazy. I do not know those people.

I made sure to tip the young man who took over. He was a little shaky from her scene and her way of throwing her hands around through the kitchen. I didn’t say anything either, I never do.

I should not have to wear a go-pro, and I should not have to write an essay to order a subway sandwich.

“I live in Jackson. Worst, most horrible service you could ever think of, I don’t even get pizza here anymore. HENDERSON however is amazing!!! The girl that helped me over the phone last time was so awesome and so helpful it was mind blowing since I’m used to the ridiculous lack of customer service in Jackson, Tn. I told her the issue I had up here and she took care of everything I asked about with no issues, no problems, no excuses, and SO NICE the entire time! My food was PERFECT! I wrote down her name and will have to find it! The dumb website doesn’t have listed my BBQ beef brisket pizza which is annoying so I have to call! She got me fixed up with that and some wings and I took pics at how awesome everything looked! Bang up service and worth the drive from Jackson when I feel the need.
