1-3-2024 We ordered cheese burgers and fries! The burgers were cold and fries were cold and greasy. Cannot believe they charged for such lousy food. Please close this place so a better restaurant can open up in their place.

My wife and I ate here for lunch today for the first time in years. Got the food quick and the order was 100% correct. That already puts them ahead of most other places in the area that can’t seem to get anything right. Food was hot and the burgers were tasty. Maybe just a little over cooked but was still good. Onion rings were yummy. Will be back next time we’re around and in the mood for burgers.
Pretzels were cold in the middle. Took them back. Manager apologized. Had to tell the cook to get off his phone. Cooked more and they were the same way.

Worst experience here. Walked in and there were 3 workers working in a very dirty kitchen, ice cream and condiments everywhere. Stood there at the counter for a good 10 minutes before I asked them if they are scared to talk to me and they couldn't figure out how to work the computers and find my order. One worker kept saying how busy they were but it was quite hard to believe how busy as I was literally the only customer being "served". They gave me my drinks but then had to wait an extra 20 minutes of them just messing around not making my order. After getting my order and the workers clearly being mad that I was visibly upset about not getting my order after waiting so long, once I get home every order is completely wrong. I hope those 3 workers that saw me read this review and reconsider their priorities. I cannot believe this location is still in business and management needs to reconsider their awful hiring process. This restaurant is a joke and I hope it goes away soon. Thank God chic-fil-a is beside you guys making you guys look like absolute morons. Unbelievable

Pulled up to the order thing and waited for 3 or 4 minutes and got nothing.. pulled around and the dude at the window said the headset died but she got it on now. Pulled back around and still nothing??? I was a little petty and honked my horn though and that’s when she finally said “I’ll be with you in a few minutes.” I just left, I’ll survive without ice cream.
