My wife and I ate here for lunch today for the first time in years. Got the food quick and the order was 100% correct. That already puts them ahead of most other places in the area that can’t seem to get anything right. Food was hot and the burgers were tasty. Maybe just a little over cooked but was still good. Onion rings were yummy. Will be back next time we’re around and in the mood for burgers.

I walked in and stood there for close to 10 minutes before anybody acknowledged me. There were no other customers waiting in the lobby and 5 employees walked right past without saying a simple "Hello." Or, "Someone will be right with you." It wasn't until a group of 3 walked in behind me until someone took my order. After that, my two blizzards took less than 5 minutes to be done. I came in, and I ordered my food, I did not have to wait long, and customer service was great.It was busy, but it did not feel like it was good, they were accurately helping customers in the drive-through and at the counter. The food preparer, or chef was back there slaying it. I came back in to get another side of gravy and they accommodated it quickly, even though there was a a small line.With the greedy corporate structured world, this store was performing at or above expectations....read full review
