In their attempt to reduce costs, they're missing the boat on how to keep a customer since they provide extremely small portions. The flavor was tasty though for the lunch special that we had. The server, Mahesh, was very kind and compassionate.

I regularly go to Maru Iyagi for dine-in, and I frequently order take-out as well. It is the best sushi restaurant in Hendersonville! Their sushi is always fresh, well-prepared, and flavorful. Definitely recommend!
