“I had such a great experience at Chicago Gyro Plus! When I first walked in, it looked empty, and I thought the restaurant might be closed. The man at the counter quickly assured me they were open — and even said that as long as the door is open, he’d be happy to take my order.

I ordered the chicken salad and watched as they pulled out fresh chicken and grilled it right in front of me. They had a variety of toppings to choose from, and I was excited to see mushrooms — something I’ve never seen offered at other gyro spots. Since I love mushrooms, that was definitely a bonus!

The meat was juicy, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. I didn’t feel like anything was missing, which sometimes happens with salads elsewhere. This one was so delicious that I went back the very next day to order it again!

“Went and checked out this location with wife a few weeks ago. Decent location, clean store, but everything else left a lot to be desired. Bartender was fantastic but most of the menu was missing. Online menu was completely inaccurate and the kitchen was 86ed on all beef items as well as seafood, so we settled for an average charcuterie board and some chicken tenders. I am disappointed because I had such high hopes for this place.“

The energy is outstanding with a cozy feeling. The comfort of the surroundings Is similar to a park, with customers that brought their dogs to the outside area. “Eating in the food court and ordered two sandwiches — pyramid club one with rice the other with fries. Everything was fresh along with two sodas with free refills. The meal was very tasty. Nice temperature for the food served. Service was wonderful…no waiting even gave us samples before we ordered. A very pleasant experience.“
