After a long delivery time, the pizza showed up looking like it had been on a roller coaster ride! It was all slid to one side of the box and most of the toppings were stuck to the top of the box. When it was pointed out to the driver he just said sorry, so we phoned the store and they offered another pizza (no thanks) or store credit. They refused to refund our money. So now I'm forced to order from them again if I want to get my money's worth. Terrible customer service!
The worst experience I’ve ever had . First, I ordered carry out. I get to the address and it’s an empty building with a “for sale” sign. I call multiple times with no answer. I check my bank account because if the money hadn’t come out I would have just forgotten about it and went to Pizza Hut BUT i had already been charged .I gave up after driving around and went in for my shift at work .
