Starbucks in Hixson

“I didn’t order anything, but I did go in looking for a limited edition Hello Kitty stainless steel cup for my boss (she REALLY wants it lol).
Upon walking in, I didn’t see it on their display shelf. Because this was the 4th Starbucks I’d been to today looking for this cup, I went up to the counter to ask if they had any left that weren’t on the shelf. Initially, someone said if it’s not up they wouldn’t have it (which I totally understand!), but then a very kind man named Jay said they actually still had a ton of boxes out back and that he’d go out and look for me. He took around 7 minutes to go back and look through those boxes, and even though he confirmed they were in fact out, it was so touching that he’d go through the effort of going to double check. He even recommended two other Starbucks locations that are nearby for me to check.

“stopped in for a quick drink, and the barista Riley C was a blast to talk to. had little samples of frappe’s for us to try. i was talking abt how the drink i was wanting was out of stock, and she was able to make me a replica using other ingredients. tastes fantastic! thanks so much“
