New China is a Chinese buffet restaurant with delicious, fresh food. The honey chicken, general tso's, salt and pepper chicken, and more were perfectly seasoned and tasty. The service is attentive but not bothersome. Though not as much variety as another location, the quality of the items is high. Online ordering is efficient, and the hostess is welcoming. While the food isn't always hot, it's still a convenient and good option for Chinese cuisine.
