“I pulled in here at the Pilot store #7262 basically to stretch my legs and walk a bit. Puppie needed to stretch, too. It has some grassy patches real close that Puppie can use. And because Puppie had been such a good boy, wanted to get him a treat!!!.
Mr. Corey at the counter was friendly, quick and professional. He understood exactly what I wanted when I ordered classic roast beef without the bun for Puppie. I chose the classic beef & cheddar. Sorry, didn't take any pictures at all.
Do remember it being clean and most of the business was at the drive-thru.
Plenty of parking at this Pilot station in Hurricane Mills, TN.“

“Always a decent experience at Sonic.
However..
When Kendall is working everything is always perfect, she is so friendly, always remembers her regulars, she's overall a perfect carhop and person. In fact I refused to go to sonic for about a month because she wasn't there. If I don't see her vehicle I don't stop. Kendall keep up your job and always keep that beautiful personality“

“Stopped by today to grab some breakfast after a 2 hour car ride.Chris my cashier created a very pleasant experience with his quirkyness and an all around good energy.I wouldn't have though much about it but this young man is a great example of how good customer service can make a whole experience worth stopping by.Along with the speedy staff and fresh food!Good job Chris.Thank you and the staff for being a blessing to us this morning. ?“

“I got a whopper last week. And the meat was raw. I called them when I found the raw meat. And she said I can come back the next day to get a refund. When I did she asked if I had the receipt and I said they didn't give me one. But she put my name in the book. She said if not her problem with an attitude. And I said I'm calling corporate. I will never go back to burger King in waverly ever again......“

“I only go through the drive-thru at this location because I'm usually here on the way to Nashville and am trying to be time efficient. Anyway, I LOVE this McDonald's! They are always so friendly!! It's very refreshing after not talking to people for 3ish hours on my trip to interact with such a friendly crew! Food is always tasty, and the drive-thru moves quickly. Love them!“
