“I am pretty happy with this Sonic. They consistently get our orders correct. They also have always provided napkins and eating utensils. Now you would think this would be a given in the take off restaurant industry but I can assure you that so many times at other places I get No Napkins! Not here though. Always and plenty of them.Parking: You pull in to park at a slot number and place your order. You can pay on screen or with the delivery person who brings out your order.“
“Stopped by today to grab some breakfast after a 2 hour car ride.Chris my cashier created a very pleasant experience with his quirkyness and an all around good energy.I wouldn't have though much about it but this young man is a great example of how good customer service can make a whole experience worth stopping by.Along with the speedy staff and fresh food!Good job Chris.Thank you and the staff for being a blessing to us this morning. ?“
“I placed an order online but they didn't get the order. The money was taken out of my account. I went to the store and they were so helpful trying to get it straightened out. The employees were great. I just didn't get my food. The money was reimbursed 2 days “
“This was a Taco Bell / KFC so I actually had a chicken sandwich. The sandwich was good but why is the sandwich 5.00 and the combo 10.00. 5.00 for a drink and fries? I did originally go for Taco Bell but when they are together it does not show up on the mobile app. Restrooms could use a little work.“
