The meat is the star and the rest is simply to accent and showcase the fact. Rickard Ridge not only realizes this fact but also parlays this brilliance with sides and appetizers that you'll yearn for. Not a fan of deep fried pickles but these folks have set the bar for deep fried perfection when it comes to this appetizer.
