They punish delivery drivers by making them go and wait in the drive thru line because the car hops don’t get the tips. What they fail to realize is that most of the time drivers don’t get a tip either. Waiting in that line eats into the drivers time and money as well as the customer that has actually paid more than usual for the service. They need to look at delivery drivers as the proxy for their customer. Very poor customer service.

When they returned with a hopefully hot burger ten minutes later they reminded us AGAIN to hurry up and leave. They needed to wash the patio and were closing early. KICKING US OUT. Y’all I can’t even with them tonight. Such poor management. And yes store manager was ON DUTY during this whole exchange.
