Went to chic-fil-A at Cedar Rapids, Ia. Got 2 Chic-Fil-A sandwiches waffle fries and a bev for almost $13 . Sandwiches were cold and waffle fries cold. Looked to me like the help was back just chatting away and weren't interested in putting out decent food.I am done there because after bringing it to their attention and another customer who ordered right before me also stated his sand. was cold. I eat at Chic-FIl-A several times a week. I've noticed over the last several weeks at the Hiram, GA location that the quality has gone down. The chicken filet is smaller, it's been over cooked on more than 1 occasion & tonight I received a lukewarm sandwich. They did replace it, however it's cold too!

I just went thru the drive-thru at your Boynton Beach location. The line is usually long, but moves very quickly. Today a lovely girl (I don't remb her name) took my order. I complimented her turtle ring, and pulled up to pay. The gentleman (who looked like a manager) informed me that I had made an employee's day, and there was no charge for my food!
