Kristy was awesome as our server. She was polite, kind, and extremely personable. Hubby's food was 5 star mine was 3 star.

I got the fish and chips lunch special * 2. The batter on the fish was just not good. It overshadowed the fish and was just flavorless and greasy. I also had some shrimp and it was breaded with the same stuff. I ended up peeling off the breading off of everything to eat it. There were croissants and I was excited about that but they were not good either they were hard. I had a $50 gift card that I earned from fetch that I used and I'm sad that I saved up all those points on fetch and use them at this restaurant. I've had Cheddar's before and it was good so I don't know why it was so yucky today. Anyway I'm not in a hurry to go back

After waiting for 1 hour and 20 minutes our trio sampler arrived at the table completely cold, our entrees were never brought to the table, the manager was very apologetic and comped the meals and made them to go. Absolutely no reason for the excessively long wait as every table around arrived after we were seated and got their meals and left before we got a single appetizer. The server wasn't even concerned and finally got the manager after being asked 🙄

Ordered the country fried steak Best EVER!!! .scratch mashed potatoes with awesome country gravy. Another in our group ordered the Monte Cristo sandwich . Raved about it all night. Croissants are perfect . Couldn't be happier!!!!

Waited over 30 minutes on our food, until we finally left, while the people behind us, who got there after, got their food within 15 minutes. Tatem was able to check out other tables, and guests and didn’t ask if we needed a refill on anything. All we needed was a chips refill and she didn’t stop by once after the order was taken. Then proceeded to charge me the full amount of the meal, that didn’t ever come out. Manager never came out either when Tatem asked for them, just goes to show how this Cheddars is run.
