Easily the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. Use the app to pre order consistently(sometimes several times during the work week) and usually am at least 5-10 minutes away. When I go to get my order (walk in) I typically have to wait even more. And forget going through the drive-thru, during busy times, you’re likely to wait 15 minutes or longer in the line of cars. Some staff are clearly trying their hardest, while most seem to not care about customer service at all....read full review
bf went and got me the beyond sausage English muffin this am. The English muffin was not toasted, the egg literally dissolved in my mouth, the sausage was dry, and the whole sandwich tasted like cleaner. my
bf got the bowl and same mushy eggs. I actually use to work at this location. and people actually cared about orders but it seems in the last few years its tanked. I will not be going back.
They care more about money then the health of their workers. They don’t respect their essential workers.
