My spouse picked up supper last night from JIMMY JOHNS and noticed an overcharge on his credit card today. He called the manager to report the incident but was told that the overcharge wouldn't be credited back. The overcharge was greater than $10, which is not significant but is concerning due to the principle behind it. We have been doing takeout from this establishment for years and, needless to say, we won't be back!
Paid $9 for new Caprese salami pesto - the photos speak for themselves.
Are you all skimping out on the ingredients on purpose? I don’t expect my food to exactly match the advertisement photos, but what showed up was nothing like what was advertised. It’s mostly just bread! Your ads should specify you need to order and pay for extra ingredients to MAYBE get just 1/2 of what’s advertised!
I ordered from a jimmy jhons located in Johnson city Tn that was 6 minutes away from my house and it took almost 2 hours to get to us. After waiting almost a hour for a delivery person to get to the store it was out for delivery for the rest of the night with no updates on the app or website. After almost 2 hours we called to cancel the order because we where tired and didn’t want an old soggy sandwiches. And they told us the driver delivered them 25 minutes ago.
