“Let me just say, thank you to the girl working today she made my burger correctly with special instructions over the phone. Pleasant experiences every time I go to Vegan Town. Love the vegan quesadilla, waffles, today I got the Big Daddy burger and fries both were hot and fresh! I also enjoyed the Açaí smoothie as well. So very good with nutritional ingredients to live a vegetarian lifestyle!“

“My first experience with AÇAÍ BOWL in Kingsport today . It was very good but I was disappointed they left off my Almond butter. 16oz is around $17, need to lower these prices. That’s very pricey. Don’t be in a hurry , it’s a very slow process. But overall it was delish“

“I am being slightly generous with the ratings because I really appreciate local businesses and want them to succeed. There are some improvements needed. The service can really vary with each visit. I have about 3 favorite smoothies, but many of the others are sub par. The store could use an ambiance upgrade. Unfortunately, the store hours are not conducive to morning hours. A smoothie is something often desired in the morning and opening after 9 AM is not helpful for working folks. I will continue to support the business occasionally, and hope that improvements are recognized and acted upon. Thank you.“

“I have to have sugar free options when I order food. This place has so many delicious combos I can make, I thought I had died and went to coffee heaven the first time I visited!! Most restaurants only offer vanilla as a sugar-free option. I am so sick of vanilla lol! Thank you so much for remembering people who cannot eat sugar when you made your menu!! So many folks are like me and cannot have sugar due to health conditions such as Diabetes. Many people just want to cut back the amount of sugar in their diet because they want to eat healthier. Finding somewhere I can order options besides vanilla, and not have to add Splenda or some other artificial sweetener to it to make it sweet, is priceless to me!! I will forever be a loyal customer to you guys!! Not only are the sugar-free options amazing, but the coffee itself is really good coffee!!
