A friend told us about Peggy Ann so we immediately tried it out. We bought a random select of things to try and have LOVED everyone of them. Have to say it is the best bakery in East TN…way better than the bakery in Bristol. My husband got the Oreo Cinnamon Role and said it was probably the best dessert he has ever had!
Very disappointed today. Traveled out of my way twice, once to place order in person and then for pickup. Requested DECORATED cookies for school party tomorrow. A dozen chocolate chip and 2 gluten free. The 2 separate cookies were decorated the others were not. I passed Food City, Ingles and The Cookie Company to come there. Next time I won't drive 20 minutes out of my way for something I can get anywhere. ? Just to add, the cookies were like eating sand.

One of the best spots in Johnson City, and absolutely somewhere you need to go if you're going to ETSU.Staff were very friendly and patient while you browsed for your selections. Inside was clean and everything was easy to see and looked delicious. Hands down the most delicious éclair I have had in years, maybe ever.
