Amazing cookies! I’m leaving this review because I noticed a sharp decrease in engagement after different owners took over. A recent post only had a dozen likes, for an account with over 20,000 followers. It broke my heart. I think they should consider rehiring a social media manager. It would be a great part-time job for a student at ETSU studying marketing or something, and would hugely benefit the business. Just a thought!
The Cookie Crate has become a staple for outings with my son, sister in law, and niece. Being able to make the literal sweetest memories at “the cookie store” has been such a blessing. The cookies are delicious and the staff are the kindest people! We love The Cookie Crate!
