“Busy 75% of time I visit. Prices have gone WAY up, look for coupons! Guilt free, fresh & healthy alternative to most other chains (tastes better as far as healthy choices). Regular thing No herb & cheese bread here. Other half ordered here a week ago & got a sandwich not a sub. Very stingy on vegetables! Seriously of all things vegetables has to be worst thing a Sub shop can be stingy with! (part of being healthy?)

“I live in Erwin TN - and went there at lunch time and they were completely out of bread. So I drove to the Johnson City location on S Roan St. Let me say Brianna couldn't have been sweeter- yes, they had bread and she was running the entire show. And my food was great! Thank you Brianna!“

“Every time we go to the one on Bristol Hwy and Jeanine is working it’s a great experience she is the best at what she does we usually have a problem with some of the others not wanting to make our sandwich the way we like ( nothing ever over the top) and her personality is so cheerful and welcoming and the place is always clean! We always go back at least once a week and if she isn’t working we go to a whole different restaurant!“
