Very disappointed! Prime rib was the worst I have ever had. It has absolutely no taste and was like rubber.
Had great service today by Tyler! The food was great. Never a bad meal here!
We visited the Roan Street Johnson City TR for our Father's Day a day late on 6/17/24. I explained that my Grandson was Autistic and had issues with noise and crowds. The staff accommodated us by seating us on the patio. Our server, Courtney, did a fantastic job! The manager/ assistant manager (?) came out to check to see if we were being taken care of to our standards. The food was fantastic and everyone was friendly and accommodating! We will definitely go back! Thank y'all!

Texas Roadhouse provides an awesome dining experience with hot rolls served immediately upon seating. The onion petal appetizer is a popular choice, and the food is consistently great. The 12oz NY strip steak is a highlight, and the steaks are very good in general. The restaurant's service is wonderful, with attentive, helpful, and polite servers. Even when issues arise, the staff is understanding and quick to resolve them. Texas Roadhouse never disappoints on quality, presentation, freshness, quantity, and value. The portions are fantastic, and the food is hot and fresh. The service is excellent, with servers who are on top of everything, providing quick refills and a wonderful attitude. Overall, Texas Roadhouse is highly recommended for its great food and excellent service.
