My girlfriend and I had Valentine's Day dinner here. It was our first time eating here. I had the salmon and she had beef tips. Both meals were delicious. We finished with dessert. I had cheesecake and she had had bananas foster. Again both were scrumptious. The server was studious and cheerful. The ambiance was cheerful. We will definitely return.
It's a lovely place eat, and perhaps this Friday wasn't the best night to be there. I can understand having a shadow server, but I can't understand why anyone would leave a table to fend for themselves after a half glass of wine got spilled. We cleaned up as best as we could, but extra napkins were few and far between. If you want a good burger, this is your kind of place. My beef tips however were possibly the most abysmal thing I've ever eaten at a restaurant....
Extremely dissatisfied. The worst Wellington ever. No flavor. Husbands beef tips were average. Lots of mushrooms with little flavor. Your bathrooms need repair. Service was slow and she had a bit of I don’t want to be here attitude. Some of your waitstaff could be better dressed. The bread and Crème Brûlée were good. My husbands boss did not see the server roll her eyes at him and I did not sell her out but he is a Major Contractor for the VA. She needs a better game face....
