My husband had went to grab some food here. If I would have been with my husband I would have told the manager off for cussing his employees in front of the customers and asked for my money back. But I wasn't with him and the food I was presented at home was the WORST Arbys food I have ever had. Maybe 6 FF, the Roast Beef was hard with hard chunks in it, also had Mozz Sticks that was like trying to eat a tire and no dipping sauce either. Pretty bad when the fry boy yells at a customer when the customer asks why there was no salt on the fries. Fry boy, loud enough for the whole place to hear…”I’m too busy and when I am busy I can’t take time to salt the fries” Seriously?
Update: Turns out fry boy was Chris, the Manager.
