Arby's in Kingsport

“Genuinely the best service from any Arby's I've ever been to. I don't know how they managed to find such talented, intelligent and kind employees. Food is fresh and everyone there actually seems to like their job, so rare in today's world.“

Today's experience was exceptional, place was packed and this team was efficient and accurate, like always but with constant flow dinning in and drive through packed they worked like a well oiled machine! Great job .. beautiful presentation... even showed the sandwich before wrapped... management even informed me could do original cause one meat had changed.. they did awesome job.“

“My husband had went to grab some food here. If I would have been with my husband I would have told the manager off for cussing his employees in front of the customers and asked for my money back. But I wasn't with him and the food I was presented at home was the WORST Arbys food I have ever had. Maybe 6 FF, the Roast Beef was hard with hard chunks in it, also had Mozz Sticks that was like trying to eat a tire and no dipping sauce either. We WILL NOT be back at this one and I'll be contacting corporate or someone to let them know how unprofessional their manager is to their employees.“
