Checked to see if they had made it ketchup only like I ordered. Nope. And plus a hair. GROSS
Service was bad!! It took a HALF AN HOUR to get our food!! Took several attempts to get the order right and it made my daughter LATE for her cheer practice!!!The drink tray they gave us rike in half and I got one of our large drinks ks all over the carpet in my truck!! Two shift managers on duty and the male manager ignored me!! Burger King in Kingsport has gone WAY down hill compared to the way they use to be!! I hate McDonald's but think that I will start going there from now!!...read full review
