We stopped by Chef’s Pizza downtown and had such a wonderful experience! Their system was down, and we didn’t realize it when we ordered, but the staff was so kind and told us our meal was on the house. Understandable a business has hours for a reason! However, shutting the door and locking it literally when a customer is reaching for the door handle is not the way to handle business. She could have kindly said sorry we are closed but instead she slammed the door and locked it. Then as we are walking away a short bald headed man come and I unlocked the door sticks his head out and ask us if we seen the sign of what time they close.
