My family and I went there to eat last night. The server was wonderful, very nice, sweet lady she met all of our needs and wants. But the manager was very rude. We got our food 2 of our steaks were not cooked right, they did remake them and they came out somewhat right. We asked for them to be medium rare but got them medium well. Than me and my mother in law, got the grilled chicken sandwich, the chicken was very dry, the tomato had been frozen you would tell. The tomato was very hot buns was so soggy you could barely pick it up to eat it. The manager stop me on my way to the bathroom with my kids, and asked what was wrong with my meal and i told him, he got very rude with me and said it’s tomato season and we get them brought in like that, there is should be no problem with them. Then he says the bun is that way because of the chicken being hot. Remind you he has came and checked out my food nor my mother in laws. Finally he comes to the table and sees it and says I’m sorry I will check on that and get it taken off your check. He only took 50% off the chicken sandwich!! That had 1 bite out of it!!! We won’t be eating there again.

Menu has changed for the worse, Took 40 min today receive our food and there was only 2 tables occupied. Server was terrible, had to ask 4 times for the same items (a couple packs of crackers to eat with salad), one of my sides was forgotten then brought out Luke warm, no hot or fresh tasting. Chicken was greasy. Wow! What happened??Told server we were celebrating a birthday and no acknowledgment. Will never go back

Three of us ladies went while in TN. 2 of us had sirloin steaks mine with mashed potatoes the other with baked potato. The 3 Rd had ribs with baked potatoe. We all had fried okra. The rolls were poppy seed & delicious! Potatoes were great as the steaks were also. The one with ribs got them & they were so spicy & hot. That was Not mentioned in the menu..we also ordered a brownie with ice cream for the birthday girl which she loved! My friends 2 ND x here. The other 2 of us first time. Will definitely be back next trip from NC.

We had dinner last night and tried the new summer menu and everything was fantastic .Starting with deviled eggs with andouille sausageAll beef fried bologna on Hawaiian roll sliders.Chicken and waffles with Cajun seasoning and rosemary syrup so good ! I had sweet tea 1/2 chicken and collard greensBread pudding for dessert !

Just went here with my husband. Very pleased with our dinner. I am a burger girl and get a cheeseburger almost every time I go out to eat. Have to say this is one of the funnest and yummiest burgers ever. It’s huge! Also, the rolls were delicious. The service was good and the staff was very friendly. Would recommend and will definitely come back.

This place is awful. Went here after graduation to eat, got there at 9 o’clock (was the only people in there eating) didn’t get our food till 10:07. Once we had gotten our food it was dry and was hard as a rock. Payed 117$ worth of food we took maybe 5 bits out of a piece. The whole time while waiting we could hear the people in the kitchen cutting up and going on but hadn’t been checked on in 30 to 45 minutes. So NO I do NOT recommend eating at this place!!

First visit and really enjoyed the place, ate in the bar, the bartender was very pleasant and gave quick and courteous service even though her bar was full. The chicken tenders were exceptionally good as were the veggies. Will definitely be back.

We had not ate at Fatz in over a year and decided to try again. We went on Thursday night and I had the all you can eat ribs and my wife had the calabash chicken. The food was good and the service was amazing. I can't remember the guys name but he did not let me run out of ribs and our drinks were always full. He had a great personality and was very good at his job.

This place had 2 servers working. They came to tell us it would be a 10 minute wait to be seated after we waited at least 5 to be recognized as being there. After getting a table it was dirty and there was an odor. Waited another 10 minutes all for nobody to take an order for drinks. We ultimately left. Not the employees faults they were doing all they could.

i absolutely recommend this place, they had such great service and the food was amazing. we came as a large group and they handled it very well. they have a variety of foods to choose from and your wait time isn’t too long. come enjoy the food here!
Kid-friendliness: we came as a softball team and they was so sweet.
Price was high food was just nasty. Couldn't even take a bite of it. Looked like they dumped hamburger greese on the potatoes and called it gravy. The shrimp and chicken had been frozen not made fresh. The wait staff was awful very unprofessional.

You have ask for a lunch menu. The sound system speakers were crackling with interference. When this was pointed out to the waiter, he said, yes many people have complained for months, but it has not been fixed. The chicken was good and the rolls and cinnamon butter were delicious. If you order the lunch chicken basket, it automatically comes with "Fatz Sauce", which is very spicy. If you want honey mustard, BBQ, or ranch, you have to tell the waiter. They will not ask.
