Counter girl misunderstood my husband’s order. He always gets me a strawberry cheesecake in a small cup. She heard strawberry shortcake, which is a Sunday and would never be in a small cup. I brought it back in the store to get it fixed. The counter girl was not interested in making this right. The correct item would’ve been half of the eight dollars we paid. I ordered a cake for my daughters 17th birthday from here .
Went in later that evening got my son & I some ice cream & ask them if they received my order repeated what I wanted (mistakenly not looking at the paper) needless to say my daughters 17th birthday cake was ruint I told the lady when I picked it up it looked like krap & was not what I ordered her response was well there’s no way in fixing it !
