“I’ve lived here about a year now, let me tell you what- this area is blessed! I’ve never been to a consistently amazing Taco Bell my entire life until I found this one! Every single time I come here, the workers are SO polite! I’ve lived in a lot of different places and nothing comes close to the service you get here! Thank you all for being so awesome at your jobs! It’s always nice when I go through the drive thru and you guys are so personable, funny, and charismatic! I can’t say enough good things about this location! Just God Bless you wonderful people and I hope you stay there forever!“
“Tonight I placed a mobile order and had a positive experience. I’m not sure if the ladies name that worked the drive thru between 4:35-5:00 but she was extremely friendly. She also put my large order in a large plastic bag without me asking and it made it a lot easier to carry inside and it didn’t fall out all over the car. During the holiday season a lot of people aren’t super friendly but she was great. Please acknowledge her and the rest of the staff. Also order was correct and delicious.“
“Last night I had placed an order from this location. I used delivery and put the wrong address. My mistake. I called them to let them know how close the address matched up to the location I was out and it went to the wrong place.
I enjoy Taco Bell taking their time out of the night to worry I rather got to eat or not. The male person there working he was extremely nice and professional. I don’t think anyone could have handled that situation better. And I’m very appreciative. It might just be Taco Bell. But to me that’s an outstanding move to become bigger and better in the company 10/20/2025 north Eastman road 11:25PM ordered never showed up due to my mistakes above. Very happy with staff. I called home office thy gave me a refund.“
“This is a really good location for this type of franchise. Every time we come here the food is consistently good!
If you live in the area and are tired of stale taco shells, go here at least it’s fresh and hot!
