Based on reviews, Uptown Cheesesteak Company serves the best cheesesteak in Kingsport and surrounding areas. The OG Wiz witout and the OG cheesesteak with Cooper cheddar are praised for having thin, delicious steak that is seasoned perfectly. The hot honey chicken philly is a favorite, and the OG cheesesteak is also amazing. The poutine is fabulous, and the cheese fries with ranch are fantastic. There is a great beer list with a good selection of localish beers and sours. The food is always consistently good, with great prices and good sized portions. The employees are very kind and accommodating. The restaurant is highly recommended.
