i got a 6 inch earlier today and i’m normally not a complainer, even if my food is wrong i normally just eat it, however i am an avid ranch enthusiast so when i bit into my sub and my ranch tasted weird i was immediately heartbroken as subway ranch is the best obviously. i debated for maybe 10 minutes whether or not i wanted to go back in and ask them to remake it, i did and the young guy up front was SO SO nice. he fixed everything for me, he apologized and was extremely friendly....read full review
It was okay. They still have the pilot advertisement signs on the interstate that led me to believe I was going to a pilot truck stop. It looked terrible. You can tell where the other signs used to be on them the building. Very unprofessional.
