It was my first time eating at Maple Creek Bistro, but it won't be my last! First off, my wife and I had to wait for about 30 minutes because of the crowd, but it was well worth it. Wow, what an amazing gem!!! Our server, Aleena was a very energetic young lady. Did an outstanding job with service. The food and beverages were spot on!! Started with a Sangria Flight, beautifully garnished and delicious tasting. The Cast Iron Kesseri Cheese was so ? yummy! Had a Blue Cheese Wedge Salad, great price for the large size. My wife and I had dinner at the Bistro. This is Kingston's class act for an eatery. We started with the pita and pimento appetizer which was enough for four. The pimento is extraordinarily good with just a hint of heat. Susan chose the twin chicken with coleslaw and a half house salad with the poppy seed and strawberry dressing.
