I have been to multiple middle eastern places to eat but this one by far is my favorite! I am fortunate to have a food truck next to my work and I have eaten everyday since I discovered it. He makes the hummus from scratch and is the best I've ever had hands down. Everything about it is delicious. Ali the guy who runs it is a very nice humble guy. I enjoy talking to him. It's a must try people!

So I update the place from 3 to 4 stars!11/5/2023 Chicken Sandwich.I just wished the chicken size was a little bigger, it was not flavored well either, I was extremely disappointed and thought I wouldn't be back.

Got the Shwarma burger. Unbelievable. Literally juiciest and freshest burger I've had in Knoxville since I don't know how long. Unbelievably clean food truck. Super nice cook!! This thing is awesome. Absolutely must try it. Best burger in Knoxville!!

Abu Sofya’s food is an indication of his passion and dedication to cooking. He makes one of the best burgers in town. By far the most authentic Iraqi food I had in TN. He is also very nice to his costumers and the prices are very good for what you get. If you are looking to try Iraqi food without having to go to Baghdad I highly recommend you to try Abu Sofya Halal Food Truck. Highly recommended!!
