Update:1/5/2023 I went back late night one day and got the cheeseburger and it was amazing! So I update the place from 3 to 4 stars!11/5/2023 Chicken Sandwich.I just wished the chicken size was a little bigger, it was not flavored well either, I was extremely disappointed and thought I wouldn't be back.
Got the Shwarma burger. Unbelievable. Literally juiciest and freshest burger I've had in Knoxville since I don't know how long. Unbelievably clean food truck. Super nice cook!! This thing is awesome. Absolutely must try it. Best burger in Knoxville!!

I have been to multiple middle eastern places to eat but this one by far is my favorite! I am fortunate to have a food truck next to my work and I have eaten everyday since I discovered it. He makes the hummus from scratch and is the best I've ever had hands down. Everything about it is delicious. Ali the guy who runs it is a very nice humble guy. I enjoy talking to him. It's a must try people!
