This food if amazing!! Very authentic and genuine food, surpassed all of my expectations. Everything is fresh and is the best in town, and I have tried them all. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. Try Alebrijes, you will not be disappointed. I will return again and again!

Incredibly flavorful tacos--best I've had in Knoxville, hands down. We caught Alebrijes at the Hola Hispanic Heritage Festival and were very pleasantly surprised by the quality and flavor of all the tacos we had. Will definitely seek them out again!!

AMAZINGThis food truck was at Festival on the 4th in downtown Knoxville and I am so glad I decided to try it out!! I had the chorizo street tacos and the Mexican style corn. Both were fantastic. I would 100% recommend them!

They where very rude after we waiting for 40 mins on a order of nacho and cheese. We watch 16 people that ordered after us get their order.
