I take my mother there to eat food she misses eating in Japan (Pork Katsu Bowl).
I'm half Japanese and I've lived in Japan for quite some time as well and this is the closest to the original flavors I could find close by.
Our server was Eliza today and she is always sweet and kind when she waits on us!

First time here, Very disappointed. The salmon in the sushi was extremely small—barely any fish compared to the amount of rice. The portions didn’t match the price, and the quality wasn’t what I expected.

Favorite sushi place in town there are a couple other good ones but this is the best. The sushi is always top quality good sashimi great service nice place really couldn't ask for more not too expensive. Definitely be back

Excellent sushi and Japanese cuisine
Had the pork chashu bowl, was very good. The sushi was from their Tuesday half off salmon rolls. It was good but I guess they shrink the rolls to reflect the price…hopefully the rolls aren’t the same size when you pay full price.

I hate to even do this but honestly the worst food I think I’ve ever had. My server was great but the food was genuinely horrible and I even feel bad putting this on here but I couldn’t let it go. It’s absolutely terrible!!!

Large to go order was correct and everything was absolutely delicious! My favorite was the chicken bowl. Surprisingly the best hibachi chicken I have found in Knoxville!

I am from a family with roots in Japan. Anaba is the closest food to my grandmother's authentic recipies that I have found. Authentic, Fresh, and absolutely worth the price

I had their chashu tonkotsu ramen, and it was awesome. The chashu was like ones in ramen in Tokyo.
