I love Arby's, but there are certain locations that do not hold the standard as some of the other locations! The Halls, TN Arby's is not good at all & I have given it a few tries thinking maybe it was an off day!! Nope it's cold fries EVERY TIME!! My order is never correct so I will not be going to this Arby's location anymore!

I wish I had taken a photo I asked for a Turkey BLT I got 2 very thin slices of turkey. The bacon...what I got of it....was like yesterday's, hard as a rock and just 2 tiny little pieces. Not even stripe of bacon. I'm talking 2 pcs , possibly 2" long , and almost black. A very hard tomato and wilted lettuce. I don't know what I'm supposed to say about Arby's. They have the meats and apparently they just keep adding on meat and meat and meat and meats until eventually they serve every kind of possible sandwich known to man. Not sure why they aren't happy just sticking to what they do best. Food is good service is good it's close it's convenient it's priced right menu has a good selection.
