I usually don't rate fast food but I went today because I was in the area and this was the best and nicest people that worked there. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. Had the steak and cheese and it was delicious. But it was the people that made this place great. Will visit again soon. We ate there around 4pm on July 3rd. Thank you again.

Couldn’t hear anyone at the speaker so drove up to the window. There was a male worker standing there on the phone for about 5 minutes and just ignored me. A female worker finally came up and took my order. She brought it out and I went home. I was stupid and didn’t look at it until I was inside and of course it was wrong. I drove all the way back up there and same thing at the speaker so I pulled back up to the window and the same guy that was standing on the phone earlier...

It's the only Arby's in Knoxville that I would go to. Fresh food that doesn't skimp on portions, Incredibly clean and a very courteous and helpful staff. Steven was a delight to deal with.
