If you are in a hurry I would suggest ordering online... it seems as if they are only filling the online orders. If you dine in for lunch, be prepared to wait 45 min to get your food. Other than the long wait, the food is delicious.

Wow!! I am completely blown away by what you did last night! Brown Bag catered the Reach Them to Teach Them event where dinner was served to 1,500 Knox area educators. Everyone loved the food, it was delicious and the presentation for an event this big was unbelievable. Those that were familiar with Brown Bag were so excited you were catering it and I think you picked up some new fans from those who had never eaten your food. Thank you for working with Reach Them to Teach Them...

Cool place. Love the message - clean fresh food.
we had brown bag catered once, it was good BUT getting a fresh lunch was so much better. My food was hot and had plenty of flavor. The mashed potatoes are wonderful !!!
I decided to try the buffalo chicken tacos-im not huge on spice but these were great. Not too bland not too spicy, kind of right up my alley !

I will say while there is ample seating in and outdoors it gets PACKED quickly ......
