Bruster's Real Ice Cream serves wonderful treats, including unique flavors like caramel cheesecake and mix berry cheesecake with a ribbon of crushed graham crackers. Their premium ice cream has a good amount of "chewable" ingredients, although not creamy enough to be considered "Super Premium". Despite some drawbacks like no bathrooms and trash in the parking lot, the service is excellent and the cotton candy explosion flavor is a hit. Vegetarian options include cookies n cream, sorbet, Italian ice, and strawberry.
