Hello, I just wanted to say I am very disappointed. I have been coming to the Powell location for years. And I have been by there 4 times in the last 2 months and every time they are out of dairy free oatmilk. They keep saying the vendor won’t ship the milk however there are several places in the area that sell oatmilk and even wholesale places. I would know as that has to stay in my home. We just visited this place about 30min ago. Let me tell you.
Our blast x2 were milkshakes and we didn’t order a thick milkshake and it was so hard to drink. We waited 20min and it was funny that our order came out at the same time as a lady with kids who ordered 10min after us. The one blast the Reese pieces filled 1/2 the cup. I already sent my complaint to corporate too. This was ridiculous. I waited at the window and no one would talk to me.
Service is very unfriendly. The quality had gone downhill. We asked for a sundae with Caramel and got chocolate. He argued that we said chocolate. Ordered a milkshake and it definitely had no milk in it, needed a spoon to eat it. They want tips at least they could do is smile. Threw the so called milkshake in the garbage because it’s not what I ordered. I will never spend a dime of my money at this place again
