Teach general manager William how to read and not refuse people their order when they have proof they ordered it with the correct name. He kept telling me my name was Carlisle when the receipt literally said Charlsie. 🤣🤣 Terrible customer service especially coming from a "general manager"

The fries were cold and so was my burger. This is the second time I have tried this location, with the same results!
